	CHEWING SURFACES: Hold the toothbrush flat (horizontal) with the bristles of the toothbrush in full contact with the chewing surfaces and use a gentle brushing motion.
	BRUSH YOUR TONGUE to freshen your breath and clear away lurking bacteria.
	BRUSH YOUR TEETH CAREFULLY and patiently at least twice a day, preferably after meals or snacks, for two or three minutes at a time. Brush especially well before you go to sleep.
	REPLACE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH every three to four months. The older bristles do not clean as well.
